We are pleased about your interest in rungrocery.com. Rungrocery (hereinafter called the “rungrocery”) is an app service. By using Rungrocery the user (hereinafter the “user”) confirms to have read and understood these terms of use and agrees to them.
The following describes Rungrocery’s requirements for using our software, services, Web sites, and mobile services:

TERMS OF USE:
Rungrocery is available at no cost to the user. Users need to register to avail all the features of Rungrocery with a user account including a username, a valid email address and access to the internet is essential.
User needs to download Rungrocery app via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. And the user is bound by the terms of the above-mentioned App Store and Google Play.
For some features, rungrocery will have to access contacts, photos, location information, and further data on the User’s smartphone which rungrocery might only be able to access with the express consent of the User. Such access allows the User for example to add a profile picture to his/her user profile or share shopping lists with their family members or friends through contacts list from his/her address book.
Rungrocery allows for sending messages between rungrocery users and to third parties. The User expressly agrees to receive such messages and undertakes not to send any messages via rungrocery which violate any laws as well as not to cause others to send such messages. Rungrocery shall be entitled to contact the User with messages via mobile or email at any time.
Privacy Policy:
Our primary business and commercial purpose in collecting personal data is to facilitate and provide the services or information that you have selected to receive through either your consent or through entering a contract with us. For example, if you provide personal data to us through our app or website, we will use your data to respond to the request. We also use it to send administrative information, such as notices related to products and services, or to policy changes.
Rungrocery shall endeavor to ensure high availability and reliability of Rungrocery (“best-effort”). However, Rungrocery can expressly not guarantee that Rungrocery or individual features of Rungrocery are continuous, at any time, and/or fully available. The User shall not be legally entitled to use Rungrocery., Rungrocery may discontinue its providing of Rungrocery or exclude the User from using Rungrocery at any time without stating any reasons. Rungrocery may change Rungrocery at any time without stating any reasons, in particular with regard to functionalities, if any.
Limitations of Liability:
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Rungrocery shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of Rungrocery or in connection with Rungrocery.
In the case of violations of these terms of use and in the case of violation of rights and corresponding claims of third parties, the User shall expressly indemnify Rungrocery from any liability and shall be liable for damages vis-à-vis Rungrocery to the full extent
General terms
Rungrocery may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be informed about such changes in a suitable manner. The User may discontinue the use of Rungrocery at any time. By continuing the use of Rungrocery after changes of these terms of use have been notified, the User shall expressly consent to such changes. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the use of Rungrocery shall be exclusively governed by the state of Telangana, India laws being the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
